Cuyahoga Falls: I listed my house in September 2013. It ended up selling as a short sale with the offer in August 2014 within 2 weeks of lowering the price. There were several hurdles along the way to closing (title company going out of business, the holidays, a broken water pipe 2 weeks from closing) but through it all, Cyndi helped make the process a little easier. Although the process took much longer than I would have anticipated, with Cyndi’s help and responsiveness, we were able to get it closed.

Canal Fulton: I had a particularly difficult situation to deal with. She had to deal with an attorney and difficult family members. She did a splendid job managing everything. I couldn't have been more fortunate to have had her handling things. She only asked for necessary information, and she always utilized the information to the fullest. She never needed to be given paperwork more than once. She was very respectful of the property (not leaving lights on, doors open/unlocked, etc.), and she was very accurate with what she required of me, such as # copies of this or that needed, she always provided any fax numbers (I never had to look them up myself), account numbers....all of it. It was a monumental task, but all things considered she made it all run smoothly and made it look easy, even though it was anything but easy. She was always available if I needed information, but she was very good about updates. She didn't give them too often, not too infrequent, and what was given was always worthwhile. I have worked with several agent in my life and they are all about at the same level, and I have little to remark about any of them that could be regarded as flattering, but Cyndi is far and above the status quo. She is professional, courteous, respectful and friendly, and she truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she does every aspect of a transaction. She is always prepared, never late for any appointments, and asks for only that which she needs. As long as you provide what she asks for, and the information to her is accurate and valid, she will turn it into gold. I think honest, talented people should be rewarded and praised, and she deserves that, because she earns it.

Silver Lake: My husband and I bought our first house with Cyndi 6 years ago. We knew that when we went to sell it and purchase our next home, Cyndi would be our agent. We loved working with her. She is patient, prompt, and has your best interest in mind. Her honesty and flexibility throughout our process was impressive. We started out looking at homes in Tallmadge and Kent to get closer to my job, but when I finally realized I didn’t want to move out of the area, she immediately started to share listings closer to where we were living, no questions asked/no judgement passed. She offered advice and resources throughout the process and knew that we’d have a bigger challenge in finding a home we liked than selling ours. Once we made an offer on a home and listed ours, we had four offers, two well above list price within a 12-hour period. We sold our home in ONE day for a lot more than we purchased it for 6 years ago. She also helped us navigate a 60-day close period (since we weren’t sure how long it would take to sell ours after we made our offer on the new hours).

Stow: Earlier in the year, my husband and I worked with another realtor from another company and had a horrendous experience and had a lot of trepidation about beginning the home-buying process again in the fall during our busy seasons at work. Everything changed when we began working with Cyndi. Cyndi came highly recommended from a realtor that my family has worked with in the past in a different city. Cyndi met with us and explained the home-buying process in-depth and shared knowledge about the many factors that should be considered when purchasing a home. Cyndi let us go at our own pace and was always there as support (and be the voice of reason). We used the internet portal to sort through houses at our leisure and called to schedule a Saturday morning showing tour through a few towns. My husband and I found a home that we loved during this tour and the home-buying and educating process continued as Cyndi allowed us to think about our next steps for a few days and always answered our calls to help explain the consequences of an offer, negotiating points, timing and financing.
Cyndi successfully negotiated us through a multiple-offer situation and here we’re are sitting in our dream home. In addition to Cyndi's excellent services, she also provided recommendations for other outstanding team members that all helped to make the process of buying our first home in an unfamiliar area as seamless as possible. On closing day, Cyndi was there to help us as necessary, including calling our HOA and local city hall to make sure an aspect of our home was compliant. On move-in day, my husband and I noticed that one of the contract contingencies had not been fulfilled and immediately called Cyndi and the problem was swiftly fixed in conjunction with the listing agent and sellers.
We have never once had to wait on Cyndi -- she has done everything possible to ensure that we had access to her when we needed her, whether it was 9PM in the evening on a weekday or 8AM in the morning on a holiday. My husband and I are both so happy that we had the luxury of working with Cyndi and will be sure to continue working with her as long as we are in the area.
